PCD supports the ecological restoration of the soil-denuded areas in Mashan, Guizhou, by helping villagers to understand the effectiveness of growing bamboo for ecological restoration. In Jiangpo Village in Deqin County of Yunnan Province in China, PCD supports the protection of wildlife. Activities include patrolling the mountains, and after the patrolling the villagers remove animal traps such as the wire snare in the hands of the man on the left.
In order to support the protection of wildlife in Jiangpo Village in Deqin County of Yunnan Province in China, PCD help to install infrared cameras in the forests to capture activities of animals, so as to arouse villagers' affection towards wildlife.
