After two years of preparation, we are happy to announce the release of our Biennial Report 2023–2025, which comes with a fresh design and rich content showcasing our partners’ work.
Following our theory of change, our project work adopts an eco-centric worldview and integrates an ecological culture. We learn with our partners how to deeply connect with nature, nourish our body and mind, cultivate the power of inner transformation, and build connections with others and communities.
While addressing macro issues like ecological conservation and actions on climate change, we foster actions in daily life. People can repair old items, compost food waste, take a walk and relax in the field, learn how to grow food, or observe life by the water. This is an engagement with our head, heart, and hands. Transformation takes place when observation becomes experience, when food from the farm becomes a slice of pizza on the table, when love and perception for nature turn into actions like river patrolling, beach cleaning, low-carbon and green living, and building of eco-communities.
The call for attention becomes the driving force to connect rural and urban areas, bringing change to communities, small towns, and villages. Ancient villages, agricultural life, and bioculture are being revalued and affirmed, becoming a direction for implementing sustainable living.
As stated in the foreword of the Biennial Report, ‘working toward an eco-friendly future for all beings’ is our heartfelt vision and the focus of our efforts.
